Here in Østre Skostredet 9 the Pallas family lives since 2005.

In 2017, we did a major renovation and expanded our own offices by building a new communal kitchen, and in addition a large office, floor and refreshed the walls in one of our favorite colors.

Thanks to our niche and knowledge of older properties, we ensue that our premises around are rented to enthusiastic people who will join us in building and developing Skostredet. We can also help when you need tips and advice or just talk about a new concept you are passionate about.

You are always warmly welcomed to check in if you make your way past. We of course offer a nice chat during a cup of coffee.
